1997: Dropped out of Yangon Technological University.
2001: Studied abroad in Japan.
2007: Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Chiba University and joined a company in Tokyo, working there for three years. During this time, he also served as an interpretation coordinator and part-time training supervisor at the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE).
2010: Established SHEINOVIC Japan LLC (formerly SHEIN Planning & Consultant LLC). Since 2012, he has focused on consulting services to support Japanese companies expanding into Myanmar.
2018: Established SHEINOVIC Holding, a holding company for four local businesses in Myanmar, and became its representative director. He also became a member of the Myanmar Consumers Union (MCU).

At Forval, he served as President of Forval Myanmar and an executive officer of several overseas joint ventures. He has since built a wealth of experience in international business and management, and is well-versed in corporate growth strategies from a global perspective.
Currently, he serves as co-representative of SHEINOVIC Japan, LLC, where he leverages his global business experience to drive innovation and strategic growth.

2021: Rejoined MYANWAVE and co-launched the Charmya brand, focusing on e-learning, study programs, and job opportunities.
2022: Moved to Japan in the fall and became the Managing Officer of SHEINOVIC Japan LLC (formerly SHEIN Planning & Consultant LLC).
1992: Joined All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. as a flight attendant.
2001-2010: Founded Amiel Co., Ltd., specializing in airline applicant training, corporate training, and instructor dispatch services.
2012: Earned a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Entrepreneurial Studies.
2017: Certified as a Japanese language teacher.
